Qualion - the unit of experience

Did someone already coined a term for the unit of qualia? A particle of first person experience? If not, then it means that I am the first and I dub the atom of consciousness the qualion!

Tadaa!

Yay!

If consciousness is the fundamental part of reality like many people claim, than qualion is it's smallest building block. But if that is true, do photons have also minds like we do? Maybe we just need to scale it. Let me illustrate.

Imagine that even a photon experiences something when it bounces of the surface of a mirror. That in a way it has to perceive the density of material that's slowing it down, for example. Then maybe even photon has some absolutely rudimentary "what it's like to be" a photon. Maybe that value is just three qualions? Maybe five?

On the other hand, the human mind is a fractal storm of billions upon billions of qualions. A whirlpool, a storm dancing in the most elaborate patterns imaginable - literally - since as far as we know this is the peak of imagination and for us it will always be so. You just can't experience anything more than what you have qualions for.

It turns out that everything is made out of qualions. Because all we can ever experience are just our own perceptions build from them. For us, all that exists are these little guys.

I would like to say a warm welcome to qualion, the particle that breathes fire into the equations of physics and a true substrate of all reality and I wish it a happy stay in the human noosphere. I believe we can expect great things from it.
